Domestic (UAE) Shipping

• Free Shipping: Orders above 350 AED qualify for free shipping. (Unless another promotion applied)
• Standard Shipping Fee: 20 AED fee applies for orders below 349 AED.
• Delivery Time: 

1. Same-Day Delivery (Dubai only): Order before 11:00 AM.
2. Next-Day Delivery (UAE-wide): Order before 4:00 PM.
3. Standard Delivery: Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered within 2 working days.

GCC and International Shipping

• Free Shipping GCC Only: Orders above 900 AED qualify for free shipping. (Unless another promotion applies)
• Estimated Shipping: 2–5 business days after order confirmation, subject to customs clearance.
• Shipping Costs: 

1. GCC Shipments: From AED 40
2. International Shipments: From AED 100

• Import Fees: 

1. GCC orders: Duties are included — no additional charges at delivery.
2. International orders: Local import duties or taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
