How long does personalisation take?

Personalised clothing is prepared in Dubai and usually requires 1-2 business days before dispatch. If your order is needed for a particular date or occasion, we recommend ordering in advance or Whatsapp us for urgent deliveries as we will do our best to accomodate any request.

Can personalised gifts be returned or exchanged?

Because personalised products are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or the personalisation differs from your order. Please check all names, initials and personalisation choices carefully before placing your order.
