- Delivery Time: Name Train & personalised items are delivered within 1–2 working days in Dubai and 2–3 working days in other Emirates.
GCC and International Shipping
- Free Shipping GCC Only: Orders above 900 AED qualify for free shipping. (Unless another promotion applies)
- Estimated Shipping: 2–5 business days after order confirmation, subject to customs clearance.

- International Shipments: From AED 100
- Import Fees:
- GCC orders: Duties are included — no additional charges at delivery.
