At Atlas & Maya, we aim to provide a smooth and efficient shopping experience. Please read the following information regarding our shipping and return policies to ensure a hassle-free process.



Shipping Policy


Domestic (UAE) Shipping
  • Free Shipping: Orders above 350 AED qualify for free shipping.
  • Shipping Fee: A 25 AED fee applies for orders below 350 AED.
  • Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 2-3 working days from order confirmation, unless same-day or next-day delivery applies as indicated at checkout.
GCC and International Shipping
  • Delivery Time: Deliveries typically take 3-5 business days after dispatch, subject to customs clearance.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping and customs fees are calculated at checkout.
  • Import Fees: Additional import duties or taxes may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.

Note: If we do not ship to your country, it will not appear as an option at checkout. Please do not place an order by selecting an alternative country, as such orders will not be processed or fulfilled.

Order Tracking and Liability
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
  • Atlas & Maya holds no responsibility for delays caused by the carrier or customs processes.




Return & Exchange Policy (UAE ONLY)



Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
  • In the UAE, we offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.
  • The item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Note: Returns and exchanges are not accepted for orders outside the UAE at this time.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
  • To start a return or exchange, contact us at info@atlasandmaya.com.
  • Provide your order details, the reason for the return or exchange, and any supporting information.
  • Items returned after 7 days or in unsatisfactory condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@atlasandmaya.com if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Provide a description of the issue along with photos, and we will arrange a pre-paid return for faulty items.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
Refund Process
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at info@atlasandmaya.com.

Conditions for Return Denial

Atlas & Maya reserves the right to deny returns or refunds if the item:

  • Is used, worn, damaged, or has signs of wear, including perfumes or scents.
  • Is soiled or missing original packaging, tags, accessories, or embellishments.
  • Fails to meet our return eligibility criteria.

If your return is denied, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

Final Notes on Returns and Exchanges
  • Sale items are non-refundable.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.
